Shipping Policy
We ship only within Switzerland.
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
All shipments are handled by Swiss Post at a flat rate of CHF 9.
For orders over CHF 150.-, shipping is free of charge.
Once the order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided when available.
Mizutora is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
