Condition for return
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, in the same condition as it was received.
Items that are opened, used, damaged, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for a refund.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and shipping risks when returning an item.
Proof of purchase may be required for all returns.
REPLACEMENT, RETURN, WARRANTY BENEFITS AND CLAIMS
Any complaints related to defective goods and / or incomplete services must be exclusively submitted by the customer by e-mail to: info@mizutora.ch.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check the goods upon receipt. In principle, all items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled will not be taken back.
The shipping costs, in case of a return of the goods , are paid by the customer.
The legal conditions apply in accordance with art. 201 CO.
