All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and may be changed at any time without prior notice. The price valid at the time of the order applies.
3. Availability
Product availability displayed in the online shop may change at any time. In rare cases, products may become unavailable after an order has been placed.
If this occurs, the customer will be informed and refunded if necessary.
4. Orders and Contract
A contract is concluded when the customer places an order through the online shop and receives an order confirmation.
However, orders remain subject to product availability and correct pricing.
5. Payment
All payments are made in Swiss Francs (CHF).
We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, TWINT, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.

6. Shipping
Shipping is available only within Switzerland.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped via Swiss Post.
Shipping costs are CHF 9.
Orders over CHF 150.- qualify for free shipping.
7. Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the item.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
Return shipping costs and risks are borne by the customer.
8. Liability
Mizutora is not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party shipping carriers.

All legal relations are governed by Swiss law.
